The NDK project (“National Decade Against Cancer”) is a joint initiative between the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and various stakeholders active in the field of cancer research. The goal of this 10-year programme is to improve the diagnosis and treatment of cancer by engaging various interest groups (researchers, regulators, patients, and their relatives) in the initiative.
